This notice was served up to us on Dec 1, World AIDS Day, by the Washington Post. Read everything David Brown wrote, like �New government estimates of the number of Americans who become infected with the AIDS virus each year are 50 percent higher than previous calculations suggested, sources said yesterday.

�For more than a decade, epidemiologists at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have pegged the number of new HIV infections each year at 40,000. They now believe it is between 55,000 and 60,000.

�The higher estimate is the product of a new method of testing blood samples that can identify those who were infected within the previous five months. With a way to distinguish recent infections from long-standing ones, epidemiologists can then estimate how many new infections are appearing nationwide each month or year.

�The higher estimate is based on data from 19 states and large cities that have been extrapolated to the nation as a whole,� and so on.

Obviously, all the good intentions in the world did not stop the plague�s growth and are still paving the way to hell, now for more Americans than ever. Perhaps (and this you won�t find in the WP) the allocations for and weaponizing of the AIDS virus that came from and in the USA, specifically at the biological labs at Fort Dietrich in Bethesda, Maryland, has all come round to haunt the US. And no, Sylvia it wasn�t a monkey biting a black man or anyone else�s ass. Unless that monkey escaped from Fort Dietrich�s laboratories.

AIDS backstory

If that sounds mind-boggling, let me remind you of two articles I wrote back in 2005: The AIDS virus: Made in the USA and, with the amplification of a reader, I stand corrected: AIDS is caused by a mycoplasma made in the USA. If you have any interest in how, where, and why this plague came into being, and continues to grow, read these two pieces.

In fact, the second paragraph from he first article tells you . . ."on July 29, 1969, only days after the Department of Defense (DOD) asked for $10 million from Congress to fund the development of a �synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired . . . � on that day, the chairman of the Republican Task Force on Earth Resources and Population, the Honorable [?] George H. W. Bush, U.S. Representative from Texas, 7th District (1967�71), stressed the pressing need for population control activities to fend off �a growing Third World crisis.�� Imagine that.

Additionally, just in case you don�t believe me, Juris Dr. Boyd Ed Graves, who has been an international health researcher for the past eight years, reaffirms it all in his US Special Virus program 1971. Even though there is a patented cure in Boyd�s document, let us look first at the patent for the killer virus, registered in the US Patent Office. Its inventors are listed as Robert C. Gallo (Bethesda, Maryland) and Mikulas Popovic (also of Bethesda, Maryland, and perhaps somewhere in Russia); the assignee is The Untied States of America as represented by the Department of Health. What a great gang of guys.

Re �the cure,� according the Dr. Boyd, �we produce it here and give it to people in Tijuana ($1,500).� If you wonder why it�s not here, well, that is a real wonder.

An Army paid-for patent

This is a second filing for a cure by Shyh-Chin Lo (of Potomac, MD). As stated on page 2 of her 63-page document, under �government interests,� �the invention described herein was made in the course of work under a grant or award from the Untied States Department of the Army.� The patent number is 5242820. Follow the same process, starting at http://uspto.gov/

(So, did they buy it, Ms. Lo? Or were they just fooling around?)

A matter of life and death

What�s more, Juris Dr. Boyd, who has worked steadfastly on HIV/AIDS research, has been harassed into poverty by the CIA over the years. He lives on $700 a month in Social Security. The full text of a letter Dr. Graves originally sent to U.S. Ambassador Carmen Martinez in Zambia on June 5, 2007, Freedom is a constant struggle:

Dear Ambassador Martinez,

I write today to follow your Freedom Day remarks. I am here in Zambia because I too believe in the expressed political values that you espouse of freedom relative to press and government accountability. With respect to this issue of the Origin of AIDS, the President has made specific remarks, and they are not true.

In the President�s 2003 State of the Union Address, he informed the world that AIDS was a plague of nature.� In subsequent comments, the President said that his comments had been approved by the Central Intelligence Agency.

The historical development of HIV/AIDS is best explained through any review of CIA Project NAOMI. This CIA program appears to be the underpinnings of the implementation of HIV/AIDS, following the 1946 confirmation of the development of HIV/AIDS, as in evidenced in the May 1946 Appropriations hearing of the United States Congress.

Going further, as we must, we find a slew of U.S. Congressional documentation, unquestionable, as to their purpose and intent. In this regard, it is the 1969 Pentagon request for a �synthetic biological agent� that could deplete the immune system� that has stood and will stand as the single most compelling piece of evidence against our government for all time.

U.S. House Resolution 15090, page 129 and its global read, is the essence of the principles of freedom of which you speak. Page 129 is clear and plain and all can understand, in every language. The conclusion is real and frightening, but true. HIV/AIDS is the synthetic agent sought by our government since, at least, the 1843 discovery of �mycoplasmas.� But for the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 � 1978), science and medicine can not explain the sheep recombinant sequences in the genome of HIV/AIDS.

Dr. Robert Gallo is guilty, but not as charged. By his own admission, he was a �Project Officer� for the U.S. Special Virus program. See, page 104, progress report #8 (1971), U.S. Special Virus program (1962 -1978). Dr. Gallo congratulated me for confirming page 157 of his autobiography.

In addition, the U.S. CURE for AIDS was patented by Dr. Gallo�s medical school classmate, Rabbi Dr. Marvin Antelman. In 1997, our government issued Rabbi Antelman a patent for a treatment for curing AIDS. See, U.S. patent #5676977. I am here in Lusaka to begin to end the U.S. AIDS virus.
