U.S. actress January Jones is pregnant with her first child, her publicist said Thursday.
Jones, 33, is best known for her work in TV's "Mad Men." Her film credits include "Love Actually," "Pirate Radio" and the upcoming "X-Men: First Class."
"January Jones is happy to announce that she is expecting her first child this fall," her representative told People.com.
"She's really looking forward to this new chapter in her life as a single mom," the celebrity Web site quoted an insider it did not name as saying.
No other details, such as the identity of the child's father, were reported.
UsMagazine.com reported in January that Jones and "Saturday Night Live" star Jason Sudeikis broke up after dating for several months.
