Katie Couric will be returning to the Today Show Wednesday to talk about her new book, The Best Advice I Ever Got: Lessons from Extraordinary Lives.
The CBS Evening News anchor is returning to her former stomping grounds as a part of a publicity book tour that also includes scheduled appearances on CBS's The Early Show and The View.
Couric's spokesman Matthew Hiltzik says that viewers can look forward to questions about Couric's television future.
Couric left the Today Show in 2006 to take over the late Dan Rather's role hosting the CBS Evening News, though the show didn't fair as well as her previous daytime slot. It is rumored that she will be leaving CBS at the end of her contract this summer for her own daytime talk show that might possibly include Matt Lauer.
