Kate Middleton will arrive at her royal wedding on April 29th in a vintage 70's Rolls-Royce that has some recent royal-family history. The car, which at the time housed Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, was attacked in December.
The 1977 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI model, outfitted in claret and black, will have been fully repaired and restored for the wedding in late April.
There was paint damage and damage to the glass," said transport manager at Buckingham Palace Alex Garty. "The repairs are ongoing. We're using that opportunity to give her a 60-minute makeover, so she will look her best for the wedding."
To date, most royal weddings feature a horse drawn carriage for the bride's arrival.
