Former first lady of California Maria Shriver has purchased a $10 million home in an exclusive part of Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
Their sources say the home is in Brentwood, which is about 15 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. The property is located near the house she shared with soon-to-be ex-husband Arnold Schwarzenegger, who remains in the home.
The former CA Governor will keep the original home per the divorce settlement, according to the Los Angeles Times. TMZ reports the proximity of the two homes will make shared custody easier.
Shriver moved out when Schwarzenegger's secret affairs and love child came to light earlier this year.
