Actress Charlize Theron and "Green Lantern" star Ryan Reynolds are dating, a source tells Us Weekly in their issue out Wednesday.

The source tells Us Reynolds, 34, and Theron, 35, "have been dating - for months! They're exclusive, and it's very hush-hush."

The relationship is apparently so hush-hush that Theron won't even be seen with him in public.

"She won't go to an event with him," the insider says of Theron, who split with love of nine years Stuart Townsend in 2010. "That's not her style."

The source adds that the couple are concentrating on their careers.

"They're both career-focused," explains the source, "but not in a crazy way."

Although Reynolds has moved on from ex Scarlett Johanson, who he divorced in December, the two remain friends. The he and the "Iron Man 2" actress were spotted having a cordial dinner last Friday at Little Dom's in Los Angeles, an observer confirms to Us.
