"30 Rock" actor Tracy Morgan has come under fire again for remarks he made during a comedy show. This time, the comedian decided to poke fun at the mentally disabled.

"Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids," Morgan told the audience during his performance at a Times Square comedy club in New York City on Saturday, according to The New York Times. "Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps."

Though the audience groaned, Morgan, 42, reportedly continued on with the topic, Access Hollywood reports. He concluded with a bit about a girl he allegedly dated as a teenager whom he described as "a cripple."

The Arc, a nonprofit advocacy group serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, demanded an apology from Morgan, MSNBC reports.

"Tracy Morgan should apologize immediately," The Arc's CEO, Peter Berns, told E! News. "This quote is far too offensive to be excused as comedy, and it is very hurtful to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

"Mr. Morgan has an incredibly powerful platform from which to fix this, and if he's learned anything in the last few weeks, he can't bomb this apology."

The show was the "Saturday Night Live" alum's first comedy performance since he faced criticism for homophobic comments he made during a stand-up show in early June.

The comedian has since apologized for the homophobic remarks, saying, "I'm not a hateful person and don't condone any kind of violence against others," in a statement to Access Hollywood.
